DATA SPECIFIC INFORMATION FOR miniature currents from monomer injected mice
----------------------------------------
Date of Creation: 2024-06-02
Description of Data: Miniature currents from electrophysiological recordings of cells from monomer-injected mice
Number of Variables: Data from each cell is shown in a column. Indicated amplitudes are in picoAmpere (pA) and the intervals are in milliseconds (ms).
Variable List: EPSC- excitatory postsynaptic current
               IPSC- inhibitory postsynaptic current

-----------
METHODOLOGY
-----------
Description of methods used for data collection: Acute brain slices were made from mice. Whole-cell patch clamp recordings were performed and tetrodotoxin was added to record miniature currents

Description of methods used for data processing: Data was analysed using Igor Pro 6.20.
